To comply with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which came into force 25th May 2018, we are obliged to inform you as to what data we collect and how it is processed, handled and stored.
In order to provide you with the service MBC offers, for the vast majority of our clients and contacts we currently hold the following information:
- Company Names, Correspondence Addresses
- Individual’s Names, Titles, Correspondence Addresses, Residing Addresses
- Individual’s Planning Application Packages and Drawings in PDF & Digital Format
- Project Photos prior too, during and post construction
- E-mail Addresses, Contact Phone Numbers
- Bank details where applicable for accounting purposes
We acquire and gather this information from a variety of sources including but not limited to: incoming enquiries, new clients, ongoing projects, suppliers, architects, engineers, consultants and subcontractors.
This data is processed through our internal system and is backed up with a 3rd party secure storage facility.
Your information will only ever be used for legitimate business purposes. We will not transmit your information to other parties unless it is required to fulfil contracted works. All data disclosures will only be relevant to the particular requirements of the contracted works. This information will be handled in accordance with the guidelines of the GDPR and again will only be relevant to the requirements of providing our services. We will never sell your information to third parties. We hold physical and digital files on record as required by the relevant contracts, this could be up to 10 years. These are stored on secure servers and in a secure office archive store.
